Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University (AHUU), Kurnool, is a State University which was established in the recent year 2016. It is a premier Urdu University situated in the Kurnool city of Andhra Pradesh state. The University has been established by an Act of State Legislature Government of Andhra Pradesh (Act No. 13 of 2016) and duly recognized by the UGC. The State Government has allocated 144 Acres of land for the permanent site of the Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University at Orvakal on Kurnool – Nandyal highway (NH-40). The university offers various courses at Undergraduate, Integrated, and Postgraduate level apart from BA and MA in the Urdu language.|
