Central University of Rajasthan popularly known as CURaj, is a university situated in Ajmer, Rajasthan. It was established in 2009. Central University of Rajasthan has been awarded a rank band of 151-200 by NIRF 2022. The university is accredited with a grade of “A” by NAAC. CURAJ Admission Process
Application for admission to the Central University of Rajasthan has to be through CUCET. Application is an online process and can be accessed at https://cucetexam.in. The CUCET Registration process involves:

CURAJ Students can avail of several scholarship options disbursed by the State and Central Governments. Some of them are listed here:
- UGC recognizes Single Girl Child with an award of INR 2,000 a month
- An award of INR 1,000 per month to first three toppers in every program
- Provision of Post Metric Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC students by State and Central Governments
- Institutional monthly scholarship of INR 8,000 for non-JRF Ph.D. students.
- UGC awards Postgraduate benefit of INR 2000 for university rank holders at UG level.
- Post Graduate Scholarship of INR 5,000 per month for SC/ST candidates pursuing M. Tech. and INR 3,000 per month for alternative skilled courses.
CURAJ Placements 2024
As per the NIRF report submitted by CURAJ, 200 students were placed out of 619 students who graduated. The median Salary offered to PG (2 years) and PG 3 years students were INR 2.63 LPA and INR 1.03 LPA respectively. Additionally, for the PG 5-year students, the median salary offered was INR 2.35 LPA.
