Self-Attested ID/Address
One passport-sized photo, 10th and 12th marksheets, and passing certificates.
Candidates must submit a self-attested copy of their UG Degree or Provisional Certificate, a certificate on the prescribed form, and a DD of INR 200 (INR 50 for SC/BC/DAP of Haryana only) billing in Sirsa to the Admission Guidelines.
