Accredited by NAAC with Grade ‘A’, Christ Bangalore was established in 1969 and was declared a Deemed-to-be University in 2008 by the Ministry of HRD (Government of India). Every year, over 25,000 students enrol in various UG and PG courses offered by Christ University (Deemed-to-be) across all five campuses located in Bangalore, Delhi NCR and Lavasa (Pune). The Bengaluru central campus of Christ (Deemed-to-be) University is located in Hosur (Bengaluru) and the other two Bengaluru-based campuses– Bannerghatta and Kengari, are located at a distance of 25 km and 35 km, respectively, from the main campus. Christ Bangalore ranked 67 under the ‘University’ and 100 under the ‘Overall’ category by the NIRF 2023 Rankings. Currently, Christ University (Deemed-to-be) offers over 30 UG and over 40 PG courses across various streams such as Arts, Science, Management and Commerce among others. All of the courses are offered via the nine schools working under Christ Bangalore which include the School of Architecture, School of Sciences, School of Law and School of Business & Management, among others.

Christ University Admission Process
1. Visit the official website of the University @ christuniversity.in.
2. Register yourself by entering NAME (as printed on Class 10 Marks Card), EMAIL- ID and set a password
3. A confirmation email or sms will be sent to the register email id & password
4. Fill the application form in the “detailed application” page with necessary personal details and academic details
5. Upload the scanned copies of recent passport size photographs
6. Click on “Submit” and then click “Confirm Submission” to submit the application form
7. Pay the application fee using a Card. A Nine digit Application Number will be generated
8. Printout of the application form

Merit based Scholarships
Christ University offers various merit and need-based scholarships to its students. Every year the university offers INR 450 lakhs worth of fee waivers and other scholarships. Christ University scholarships and details regarding the same are mentioned below:
- Merit Scholarship: The merit scholarship is provided to the meritorious students on the basis of the pre-entry marks, Mid-semester test, and regular attendance.
- Financial Assistance: This scholarship is offered to economically weaker students of first-year students of UG and PG courses. Such students are required to produce evidence of their eligibility by providing income certificates. Students seeking this scholarship must apply to the Office of Awards and Scholarships with relevant documents. The percentage of fee concession for different courses is as follows:
Self-financing courses: 0 – 50%
Other courses: 0 – 90%
- Alumni Association Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to the economically weaker students by the Alumni Association of Christ University through their alumni fund.
