GJIMT Admission Process
1. To begin the registration procedure, go to the admission page on GJIMT official website.
2. Fill in your Name, Email, Contact Number, and City to register.
3. Choose the discipline and program that piques your interest.
4. After giving the aforementioned information, the student must choose the discipline and program of interest to which he desires to apply and then register.
5. After registering, create your profile.
6. After completing the preceding steps, the student must finish his profile by entering in using the User ID and password given through email and SMS. A registered Email ID can also be used as a username by a student to log in.
7. Following successful registration, a confirmation message is delivered through SMS/Email.
8. The student will get confirmation of successful enrollment through email or SMS to his or her registered contact number and email address.

5. Helping Hands- This is the scholarship for the students from underprivileged and economically weaker sections of society. Students are welcome to present their cases with us and seek scholarships.
6. Defence Background Scholarship- Students with defence backgrounds are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Under this scheme reduction in tuition fees per semester is allowed on the basis of the academic merit of students.
7. Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Scholarship- GJIMT is offering a special scholarship scheme for girls under Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Abhiyan of Govt. Of India. Under this scheme a fixed number of girls from different states of India are shortlisted on a merit cum means the basis and special financial packages are offered to enable them to pursue higher technical education.
