SGM Mathura Admission Process
Admission shall make as per the following rules and regulation.
1. Admission must be sought in person by presenting the prescribed application form of the college duly field. Admission form can be obtained directly from the institute.
2. Admission must be strictly on the basis of the rules & regulations as determine by the BTE (Board of Technical Education) Lucknow.
3. No students shall be allowed to presume to different courses simultaneously in same academic year.
4. At the time of Admission following Documents and Certificates must be produced, In 2 sets
- Original Statement of marks with certified copies.
- Certificate indicating the date of birth such as school Certificate.
- Migration certificate / Transfer Certificate
- Character Certificate
- Letter of allotment issued. (If applicable)
- Copy of letter indicating rank in CET. (If applicable)
- Original Latest Income Certificate. (If applicable)
- Original Cast Certificate with certified copy. (If applicable)
- Certified copy of Domicile. (for other state students)
- Passport size latest photograph – 05 Nos. (03 Colored 2 B/W)
- Undertaking on prescribed format. On 10/- Rs. Stamp paper.
