University of Rajasthan (UNIRAJ) is the oldest Institution of higher education in the state of Rajasthan. Established in 1947 as Rajputana University, later named the University of Rajasthan (Rajasthan University), located in the city of Jaipur. UNIRAJ has 615 affiliated colleges, 7 Constituent Colleges, 9 Faculties, 35 Departments, and 19 Research Centers.

Summer Internship
Merit based Scholarships
ONGC Scholarship: Rs. 5000 per month (for one year) to the First position holder in the first year of M.Sc. (Geology).
University of Wroclaw, Polland Scholarship: Offered to the Ph.D. students.
Apart from above scholarships, candidates belonging to SC/ ST or Reserved category may avail the benefit of scholarships offered by the Central and State Govt. To apply for such scholarships, candidate must visit the official website of respective government.
UNIRAJ Placements 2024
According to the University of Rajasthan NIRF report 2023, the median package offered during UNIRAJ UG 3-year and PG 2-year placements 2022 stood at INR 4.5 LPA and INR 6.35 LPA, respectively. Apart from this, a total of 242 students were placed out of 2,197 students during UNIRAJ PG 2-year placements 2022.
