Established in 1974, the University of Hyderabad (commonly known as Hyderabad University) is a Central University recognised by the UGC. It is accredited with an ‘A’ Grade by the NAAC. In addition to this, it is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Globally, UoH was ranked 156 by the QS Asia Rankings 2022. The University of Hyderabad ranks 10 and 20 under the ‘University‘ and ‘Overall‘ categories, respectively, by the NIRF 2022 Rankings. At present, the university offers integrated, PG and doctorate courses in the stream of Engineering, Management, Science, Education, Computer Applications and more.
